Steven R. Hornreich, M.D., P.A. is a Diplomat of American Boards of Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Diseases. He has been recognized as a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology. After receiving his medical degree, he served his medical Internship and Residency at the New York Medical College - Metropolitan Hospital Center in Manhattan. He obtained his training in both Noninvasive and Invasive Cardiology at St. Francis Hospital/ The Heart Center in Roslyn, New York Medical College - Metropolitan Center. Dr. Hornreich has practiced in South Florida since 1986.

 Office Hours, Appointments, and Telephone Calls:

Our office hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and are by appointment. Our staff will be happy to take your messages and questions when Dr. Hornreich is unavailable to come to the phone. The doctor or his nurse will return your call at various scheduled times throughout the day.
 
 Emergency Information:


In case of an emergency, call our office at any time, 24-hours a day. Our telephone number is  (561) 496-0604. The answering service will contact Dr. Hornreich promptly. If a serious or urgent problem arises go to the nearest emergency room or call 911.

 Fees and Insurance:

As a courtesy to our patients we accept Medicare Assignment for both office and hospital services. The patient is still responsible to meet insurance deductible and 20% co-payments. Our office staff will be happy to assist you with the completion of insurance forms if needed.
